First of all thank you for the amazing post. I have a question about the equation after, “ … and updating our predictions based on a learning rate, we can find the values where MSE is minimum.” in the Gradient Boost Algorithm section.
Why do we need the sum operator ? Shouldn’t that equation be without the sum operator?
